Antje Lubitz

MANAGING DIRECTOR / FOUNDER / CEO

Ms Lubitz has 20 years of professional experience in the real estate industry and a degree in real estate economics (IREBS). She is a certified national and international accountant. The founder of 3PM Services GmbH was previously with DREAM Global, Round Hill Capital and Tishman Speyer. Most recently, she was responsible for accounting, tax consulting, auditing and investor controlling for mixed-use real estate assets of approximately 4 billion euros. She is a passionate motorcyclist.

Julia Krause

COO, Managing Director

Ms Krause is a qualified real estate and housing businesswoman as well as a certified real estate specialist (IHK) and certified business mediator. She has been working in the real estate industry for over ten years. Her focus has always been on property and asset management in the retail asset sector. In her free time, she enjoys her garden or travelling in the far north in Iceland or Sweden.

Benjamin Jacobshagen

Technical Property Manager

Mr Jacobshagen completed further training to become a commercial specialist in order to deepen his business knowledge. During this activity, he acquired additional knowledge in the field of technical building management. In his free time, he practices calisthenics, ninja sports and finds balance in regular extreme hikes and obstacle runs.

 

Tobias Lenk

Junior Technical Property Manager

After successfully completing his training as a mechatronics technician, Mr Lenk was able to gain initial experience in the field of facility management and RLT/MSR. He likes to spend his free time with his family and friends.

Ewa Labieniec

Financial Accountant

Ms Labieniec completed her business studies at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences. The business graduate has over ten years of professional experience in the financial sector and has been working in the real estate industry for seven years. She has also been a certified real estate manager since 2018. In her free time, she lives out her creative side in social dancing, baking and costume and home design.

Christian Oestreich

Junior Technical Property Manager

Mr. Oestreich has been working successfully in the field of building services and facility management at various companies for several years. He has an apprenticeship as a construction and furniture carpenter.

Stefanie Reinhold-Rother

Technical Assistant

Ms. Reinhold-Rother is a trained fashion designer and works at 3PM as a career changer. With numerous further training courses in accounting and facility management, she has been working in the real estate industry since 2012.
Among other things, she was involved in the Berlin Castle construction project for several years. In her private life, she enjoys Italian cuisine and is an enthusiastic cineaste.

Gabriele Haake

Senior Property Manager

Property management is Ms Haake’s entire professional life, with the most diverse facets. Since 1992, she has been involved in a wide range of topics and tasks in the most diverse asset classes, from commercial and residential real estate to retail and health care real estate. In the fresh air, she enjoys her garden, her grandson or even the golf lawn.

Ingrid Klönne

Cost Accountant

Ms Klönne has been working in the real estate industry since 1996. Before joining our company, she worked for Vitec Immobilien-Management und Consulting GmbH, among others. She has experience as a finance accountant, property manager and centre manager. In her free time, she enjoys sports, reading and spending time with friends and family.

Bernd Willer

Financial Accountant

Mr Willer is a qualified publishing house clerk and now has almost 30 years of experience in accounting. After switching to the real estate industry around 17 years ago, Mr Willer worked for German, English and French property management companies before finding his way to 3PM. Here, his responsibilities cover all aspects of financial and property accounting. In his free time, the former handball player rides his motorbike and enjoys photography.

Julia Rzymkowski

Trainee real estate agent

Ms Rzymkowski is a trainee real estate agent at 3PM Services GmbH. She started her training enthusiastically and is looking forward to the variety of activities such as accounting, property management and letting. In her free time, she enjoys travelling around the world and loves spending time with family and friends.

Katharina Brehm

Property Manager

Ms Brehm is a qualified real estate agent and has been working in the real estate industry for various companies for more than 10 years. Her hobby is her family.

Gero Müßig

Property Manager

Mr. Müßig is an IHK-certified real estate agent and has been working in the real estate industry since 2013. His current focus is on the management of commercial properties for national and international clients. In his free time, he enjoys sports and exploring the world.

Nino Sekerija

Senior Technical Property Manager

Mr. Sekerija grew up bilingual (German, Croatian). He completed two IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) apprenticeships, as a draughtsman with a focus on architecture and interior construction as well as shell construction, and as a real estate agent with a focus on WEG, technology and FM. He worked as a project manager/construction manager for various construction companies. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family.

Yvonne Barth

Team Assistant

Ms Barth is a trained hotel manageress, but since 2011 has been working as a career changer in the field of back office/office management in the facility management sector, including several years for the company Mitie Deutschland GmbH at Rolls Royce Oberursel. Her hobbies are her Jack Russell Terrier Mailo, with whom she goes hiking a lot, and photography.

Astrid Dannenberg

Property Manager

Ms Dannenberg studied real estate management at the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences and has 15 years of professional experience in the real estate industry. While working in real estate accounting, she completed further training at the BBA Berlin to become an accountant. In her free time, she likes to visit exhibitions, listen to audio books and go hiking.

Christiane Zwirner

Assitant Property Manager

Ms Zwirner is a trained industrial clerk. She has worked in the house construction industry for more than ten years, as an assistant to the construction management and management.
She likes to exercise, outdoors for running and has rediscovered Zumba fitness for herself.

Anna Schiller

Financial Accountant

Ms Schiller successfully completed her business studies and has been working in the real estate industry since 2014. There she found her fascination in the field of accounting. She likes to spend her free time with her family and friends. Furthermore, Ms Schiller loves to travel and especially enjoys the atmosphere by the sea.

Anna Waag

Center Manager | Property Manager

Anna Waag completed a commercial apprenticeship and has more than 6 years of experience in stationary retail. She has been working in centre management for four years and is in charge of the Sachsen Forum in Dresden-Gorbitz. In her free time, she enjoys being out in nature with her family and dog. She is also interested in communication, culture and literature.

Petra Funke

Senior Financial Accountant

Ms Funke studied business administration with a focus on foreign trade and has been working in the real estate industry as a financial accountant for well-known companies for 30 years. Ms Funke likes to spend her free time in nature and the mountains.

Bastian Tölle

Controller

Mr Tölle is a trained assistant tax consultant. He complemented his training with a degree in business administration. During his studies he discovered his passion for controlling and gained his first professional experience. Since then, he has been able to expand this continuously through his activities as a controller for various medium-sized companies. He spends his free time with his family, sailing or mountain biking.

Carolin Rust

Property Manager

Ms Rust has completed an apprenticeship as a real estate agent and a specialist in the real estate and housing industry. For more than 10 years Ms Rust has been working in the real estate industry for national and international clients. The enthusiastic runner is training for her first marathon.

Angela Wagner

Financial Accountant

Ms Wagner studied business administration with a focus on accounting (FH) and after starting her career at Tishman Speyer, she worked for other well-known companies in the real estate industry. In her free time she likes to spend time with her family in nature and appreciates good books and movies.

Petra Friedrich

Senior Property Manager

Ms Friedrich has more than 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. Before joining our company, she worked for Advenis Real Estate GmbH, Jones Lang Lasalle, BNP Paribas and other well-known real estate companies. Her area of responsibility included property management in its entirety, the management of external service providers as well as input for asset management.

Romy Dittlow

Property Manager

Romy Dittlow completed her Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Economics and Management at the HAWK in Holzminden. Before she moved into property management, she was responsible for residential properties as Leasing Manager for several years. At 3PM she has been strengthening the team of Property Managers since December 2020. She likes to spend her free time with family and friends and enjoys climbing the summits of Europe.

Elke Buskies

Financial Accountant

Ms Buskies studied economics and then, after a long work-related stay in Poland, worked for many years in accounting in the hotel industry (Hilton Berlin). Since 2002 she has been working in real estate management and has worked for large companies like DTvZ, JLL or Kintyre. In her free time, Ms Buskies likes to spend time with family and friends, does sports, rides her bike and enjoys reading historical novels.

Julia Wittke

Financial Accountant

Ms Wittke is a trained real estate agent and holds a degree in real estate economics (GoBS). She has found her professional passion in accounting. At the end of 2020, she earned the title of balance sheet accountant in the real estate industry (BBA). It is very important to her to spend time with her family after work. In addition, Ms Wittke likes to listen to good music and is interested in healthy nutrition.

Dimitri Germann

Financial Accountant

Dimitri Germann received his diploma in economics from the Leibniz University of Hanover with a focus on accounting and auditing. He then gained experience in well-known service companies, e.g. many years in specialist areas of the real estate industry at IC Property Management GmbH. In his free time he likes to travel the world on his bicycle.

Peggy Gardes

Property Manager

Ms Gardes is a trained real estate agent with a degree in real estate and housing management and has been working in the real estate business for over 20 years. She likes to spend her free time in her garden and loves to explore cities by bike and visit galleries.

Leroy Wander

Professional ERP-System

Mr Wander is a trained real estate agent. He has been active in the operational real estate business for more than 10 years and can draw on experience from the management of residential and commercial portfolios. He likes to spend his free time in the mountains, summer and winter. In addition, family and friends are very important to him.

Ramona Borchardt

Senior Cost Accountant

Ms Borchardt is a real estate agent, real estate economist and business economist (VWA). She has more than 15 years of professional experience in the real estate industry and knows all areas of property management. In the last few years, she has concentrated on operating cost accounting and bookkeeping. Her family is the centre of her life. In her free time, she enjoys cycling in nature and loves good food.

Heike Matthes

Financial Accountant

Ms Matthes is a trained financial clerk with a focus on accounting. In 1995 she attended the accountant course at the GFS Steuerfachschule GmbH. Ms Matthes has been working in various areas of accounting for 31 years, including six years as a rent accountant at ARWOBAU Berlin. In her spare time she plays the hunting horn in a brass band. She enjoys being out in nature with her family and dogs.

Andreas Gärtner

Property Manager

After more than 20 years in commercial areas of industry, Mr Gärtner completed further training as a real estate manager in 2008, where he took on the management of commercial properties from the very beginning. After several years with Grand City/Aroundtown, Mr Gärtner joined 3PM as commercial property manager on 1 June 2021. In his spare time, Mr Gärtner enjoys playing tennis and music.

Ralph Lauschke

Senior Cost Accountant

Mr Lauschke has been a businessman in the real estate and housing industry since 2005. After several positions with temporary employment agencies, he specialised in the area of commercial operating and ancillary cost accounting at Berlinovo for over ten years. For one and a half years he took over the team management of this area with several training courses. He has been with 3PM since May 2021 and spends his free time with friends and family.

David Kullmann

Senior Technical Property Manager

Mr Kullmann completed a B.A. degree in FM, which was followed by a Master’s degree in Econom. Ing./project management. As a project manager, Mr Kullmann was able to successfully implement various construction projects at the RSG Group company. In addition, the time before his studies shaped him in the technical support of film and television production. In addition to his passion for surfing and travelling, he is enthusiastic about the financial markets.

Lea Merkle

Property Manager

Ms Merkle is a trained real estate agent and has been working in rental and property management of residential and commercial properties for over five years. In September 2021, she will complete a one-year training course to become a systemic personal and business coach. In her free time, she loves discovering new places or getting involved in a Berlin sports club as a co-founder of the conflict resolution centre.

Henrik Lubitz

Technical Property Manager

After 27 years at Extra Bau Berlin GmbH, Henrik Lubitz moved to 3PM Services GmbH in 2020. He brings with him extensive experience in the organisational planning and implementation of building renovations for office buildings as well as residential and industrial facilities. In his free time, Mr Lubitz enjoys spending time at home, in the garden and doing water sports.

Eva Barz

Head of Corporate Secretary

Studied economics at the Technical University in Berlin. Has more than 10 years’ experience with accounting in real estate companies. Is an enthusiastic motorcyclist.

Michaela Grandke

Team Assistant

Ms Grandke completed a commercial apprenticeship and has more than 20 years of professional experience in the book trade and catering sector. She has been supporting the 3PM team in all areas of mandates since January 2019 She enjoys spending her free time with her family and a good novel.

Susanna Harth

Senior Property Manager

Ms. Harth has more than 20 years of professional experience in the real estate industry. She worked in all property classes for national as well as international companies before joining 3PM. Her great passion is skiing.

Jenny Merz

Property Manager

Ms Merz is a trained real estate agent and has been working in the real estate industry for more than 12 years. After working for many years with a focus on residential real estate at Berlinovo Immobilien Gesellschaft mbH, she moved to Acrest Property Group (acquired by JLL) in the commercial real estate sector and managed a Germany-wide real estate portfolio for an internationally positioned investor. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management, she completed an MBA in Real Estate Management at the BBA Akademie für Immobilienwirtschaft e.V. in Berlin on the side. Ms Merz enjoys spending her free time with her family, going to concerts and discovering the world.

Petra Oestreich

Technical Property Manager

After 17 years working within Polaris Immobilienmangement GmbH, Ms Oestreich moved over to 3 PM Services in March 2018. Ms Oestreich has wide experiences it capex, maintenance and fit out works for retailers and office buildings. Ms Oestreich enjoy spending her time with her grandkids and is currently learning Italian.

Frank Radermacher

Technical Property Manager

Mr Radermacher has been working part-time in facility management since 2015. During this activity, he was able to acquire commercial and technical knowledge. At 3PM, he specialises in technical property management. In his free time, he spends a lot of time with his small family and his hobbies include, hiking, karting and meeting dear friends.

Dennis Schneider

Property Manager

Mr Schneider is a trained journeyman carpenter, former regular soldier, real estate agent IHK and trainer according to AEVO. He has been working in the various assets of the real estate industry since 2014. Mr Schneider spends his free time with his family and is an avid film fan.

Nadine Pech

Property Manager

Nadine Pech is a trained insurance saleswoman. After 23 years in the profession, she switched to the real estate industry. From 2014, she worked as a freelancer in the management of commercial properties. Since 2017, full-time: residential and commercial real estate, full-scale management activities incl. accounting, leasing, office organisation and digitalisation. Born in Hamburg, she enjoys travelling, is very close to nature and loves long walks with her dog. She also enjoys meeting friends and spending time with her family.

Monika Schwerdtfeger

Financial Accountant

Monika Schwerdtfeger graduated in economics from the Free University of Berlin and holds a degree as a legal and notarial assistant. She has been working in the real estate industry for more than fifteen years and has found her professional passion in accounting. In her free time, she loves to explore mountains, forests and lakes.

Mirhan Kablan

Mr. Kablan is a trainee real estate agent at 3PM Services GmbH.  Besides his work in our company, he is responsible as a basketball coach. In his free time he loves to pursue sports activities. Furthermore, family and friends are close to his heart.

Ronny Manthey

Technical Property Manager

Ronny Manthey has been working in the FM services sector for about 10 years. He started as a building technician and became a team leader/project manager at WISAG in 2018-2020, in the area of building services, maintenance and repair. He then moved to ISG Germany and worked there again as a building services technician/deputy property manager in the Parkside property until 2023.

Dagmar Karraß

Coast Accountant

Ms Karraß is a trained office administrator and specialised in business accounting at the Tax and Business Academy in Berlin. After stages as an accountant in the areas of broadcasting and in the real estate industry, she has focused on the preparation of operating cost statements for commercial properties since 2011 as an operating cost manager at Berlinovo GmbH and at TLG Immobilien AG. Ms Karraß has been supporting the 3pm Services GmbH team since January 2022 and deals with the billing of operating costs for commercial properties. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and music of various styles.

Aileen Kaiml

Team Assistant

Aileen Kaiml successfully completed her training as an office management assistant in 2017. Since then, she has worked continuously as a team assistant in the facility management area (2 years at RGM Facility Management GmbH). In her free time, she likes to go to the stadium, watch soccer or spend time with her family, friends and her dog Marla.

Susanne Berkefeld

Property Manager

Ms. Berkefeld has been a trained real estate agent IHK since January 2013 and has since worked for residential and commercial portfolios. Ms. Berkefeld loves to spend her free time with her family in the garden or on the standard Latin dance floor.

Daniela Voigt

Junior Property Manager

Daniela Voigt has been supporting the 3PM Services team since November 2023. After completing a traditional apprenticeship in the hotel and catering industry and many years of professional experience in various sectors of the economy, she joined 3PM Services after completing a degree in business communication. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, relaxing in the garden and doing handicrafts.

Björn Dufen

Junior Property Manager

Mr. Dufen is a trained industrial clerk. During his training, he discovered his passion for accounting. Since then, he has been able to steadily expand his knowledge of accounting. In 2021-2022, he attended the accountant course at Dr. Endriss GmbH & Co. KG. He has been working in the real estate industry for about 6 years. He prefers to spend his free time with his family.

Linda Kühnel

Cost Accountant

Linda Kühnel is a qualified office administrator. Since completing her training, she has worked as a clerk for heating and operating cost billing, including at Techem. Since retraining as a real estate agent in 2015, she has been employed as an administrator for apartment buildings and condominium with a focus on A-Z management. She spends her free time with her family and friends and enjoys hiking in Saxon Switzerland. She enjoys reading and traveling.

Sabrina Sievers

Technical Assistant

Sabrina Sievers is a trained real estate agent. Before joining 3PM Services, she worked for Deutsche Bank, Immobilienscout and a project developer, where she was assistant to the management. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family in a camper van, reading and teaching yoga.

Petra Korti

Property Manager / Letting Manager

After training as a bank clerk, Petra Korti worked for 10 years in the foreign securities department of a large German bank.

Since 2006, she has been responsible for letting 160 rental apartments in a Munich property and for property management.

Victoria Lippert

Letting Manager

Victoria Lippert is a trained real estate agent and has completed further training as a real estate specialist (IHK). She has been working in the real estate industry since 2014 and has since gained experience in condominium management and at PROJECT Immobilien in her position as location manager in the commercial rental sector. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, loves traveling and attending a Spanish language course.

Enrico Baldauf

Technical Property Manager

Enrico Baldauf is a trained electrician for heavy current and systems engineering. He came to flooring technology by chance and was self-employed in this field for 15 years. After becoming self-employed, he now works as a warranty manager and technician.
He spends his free time with his family and his dog.

Assistant Technical Property Manager

Christina Baldauf is a trained dialog marketing specialist. After meeting her husband, she started working in the office of his parquet company.

But she has also laid parquet herself.

She likes to draw in her free time. She also enjoys spending time in nature hiking with her husband and dog.
