3PM Services GmbH, a company specialising in real estate services, is setting up a new Business Development & IT Systems division. Alexander Plinski, who has been a director at the Berlin-based company since August, is responsible for the division. With this step, 3PM Services is setting itself up for further business growth. By the middle of the year, the company had increased its managed office and commercial space to around 712,000 sqm, doubling it compared to the same period last year.
“After the onboarding of our new clients, our main focus is now on quality assurance through an improved IT infrastructure. The new business unit will be in charge of this,” explains Antje Lubitz, Managing Director of 3PM Services. After an analysis of the existing system landscape, among other things, interfaces to the data management system will be continuously optimised and expanded, automatisms, especially in reporting, will be established and adapted, and training measures for the employees will be carried out. The exploration of possible partnerships with PropTechs that would support further business development is also on the agenda. “We are setting the course for our portfolio expansion both in terms of personnel and technology. As an experienced IT expert from the real estate industry, Alexander Plinski will develop innovative digital solutions for us and our customers and thus raise our systems to the next level,” adds Antje Lubitz.
As Director Business Development & IT Systems, Alexander Plinski (32) is entrusted with the development and expansion of the new division. Before joining 3PM, he was Head of Implementation, Quality and Software at Lianeo Real Estate in Berlin. Plinski, who holds a degree in business administration and a master’s degree in financial management and accounting, previously worked at Deutsche Bank in Munich and PwC in Frankfurt, among others.
