3PM Services GmbH, a real estate service company based in Berlin, has been commissioned by Peakside Capital with the commercial and technical property management for 20 office properties with a total of 200,000 sqm in major German cities and metropolitan areas. The properties are part of the so-called Omega Portfolio, which Peakside Capital Advisors and Partners Group acquired in January this year.
In addition to commercial management, 3PM Services will also oversee the ongoing maintenance and structural development of the properties. In particular, the focus will be on reducing maintenance backlogs. For the implementation of the mandate, 3PM Services will further expand its team at the Frankfurt am Main location and hire new technical and commercial staff.
