3PM Services GmbH (3PM Services) has expanded its services to include centre management. As its first mandate, the real estate service company is taking care of the Sachsen Forum in Dresden. The client is a supermarket investor.
The Sachsen Forum in the Gorbitz district offers more than 30 specialist shops and eight medical practices on around 11,700 sqm of lettable space. The anchor tenants include the discounter Penny, the drugstore Rossmann and the textile discounter KiK. Anna Waag has been looking after the property as centre manager since 1 November. The 35-year-old previously worked as a centre manager for ILG Centermanagement GmbH in Munich.
Antje Lubitz, Managing Director of 3PM Services, says: “With our experience in managing specialty and supermarkets, the move to centre management was a natural one. This means we can now offer our clients with larger retail portfolios a total package for all properties.”
Within the framework of centre management, 3PM Services takes care of, among other things, an ongoing analysis of the respective retail concept and the tenant mix and, if necessary, the creation of new concepts. 3PM looks after the tenants on site, takes care of the entire centre organisation, budget planning, centre marketing and PR, insurance and data management as well as leasing.
