Christian Sellnow-Zint becomes CFO at 3PM Services

3PM Services GmbH (3PM Services) has appointed Christian Sellnow-Zint as Chief Financial Officer as of 1 October. He thus heads the Finance & Accounting division and expands the management team, which previously consisted of company founder Antje Lubitz as CEO and Julia Krause as COO.

Christian Sellnow-Zint (38) worked as Commercial Director at Media Pioneer before joining 3PM Services. Prior to that, he worked in the real estate industry as Finance Director at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. He started his career in auditing at EY and received a BBA in Finance, Accounting and Controlling from the Berlin School of Economics and Law.

Antje Lubitz, Managing Director of 3PM Services, says: “With the appointment of Christian Sellnow-Zint as CFO, our management trio is now complete. After the strong business and employee growth of the last few years, we have now also raised the management team to the next level. Together with Christian and Julia Krause, we are strategically tackling the next growth steps. I am really looking forward to working with them.

In the first half of 2021, 3PM Services increased its total lettable space under management to almost 2.4 million square metres – a growth of around 70 percent compared to the previous year. In the same period, the number of employees at the two locations in Berlin and Frankfurt am Main almost doubled to 53.
