3PM Services is a real estate service provider that was founded in Berlin in 2016 and operates throughout the EU. In addition to its headquarters in Berlin, 3PM has also been offering its services through its branch office in Frankfurt since 2020.

The company covers the complete life cycle of a property – through asset management, property management, project management and accounting services. 3PM Services is highly experienced in managing all types of buildings such as office, retail, hotel & leisure and logistics as well as different investment strategies (e.g. value-add or core investments).

The strength of 3PM lies in the people who think in terms of a partnership, have a doer mentality and understand their business inside and out.

The total number of square metres managed by 3PM in September 2022 was approximately 1,45 million with an annual rental income of around EUR 132.9 million. 3PM is well versed in a wide range of IT tools such as SAP, MRI, Yardi Vovager, Yard7S, Microsoft Dynamics, AX, CREM and Realax thanks to its broad client portfolio.
