Center Management


Whether part of a large portfolio or a single property: our centre managers ensure a strong positioning of your asset. We continuously analyse the respective retail concept and the tenant mix – we compare the result with the current demand and customer needs at the location. If necessary, we create new concepts. We look after the tenants on site, take care of the entire centre organisation, budget planning, centre marketing and PR, insurance and data management as well as leasing.



In the lettings business, the needs of the market and the tenants are paramount. We analyse the location in detail, identify the space for new offers and the long-established. In this way, we work out the optimal tenant mix for each asset and thus secure cash flow for our clients. We optimise existing contracts and generate new, long-term leases – and we do this via our digital as well as personal networks.

Project Management


Project management for real estate includes a comprehensive range of services, including the refurbishment of rental properties, the extension and conversion of rental spaces, and conceptual strategy in the area of energy refurbishment. We realise the ideas of owners and tenants within fixed budgets, project costs, manage tendering procedures and take over the commercial and technical management of all associated contracts. Qualitatively, we secure and document the construction progress, cost estimates and due date checks.
