In a prime location on Kurfürstendamm, a new LEED-certified urban quarter for retail, modern offices, culture, gastronomy and with attractive terraces is being created on an area of around 106,000 m².

“The design of the redesigned quarter blends harmoniously into the urban environment and yet sets a new accent. Horizontally and vertically structured façades, on which a subtle and lively interplay develops, vaguely hint at the structure of the static construction. The chosen materiality creates both grace and high energy efficiency. The base building belonging to the high-rise was removed, making the redesigned tower appear more striking. At the same time, a lively, green city square has been created inside the block, inviting people to linger and relax.”
