Motorama München

Motorama was originally built in the early 1970s as an automobile showroom. For more than 20 years, it has been used as a local shopping center with apartments above. Due to its location on Rosenheimer Strasse, one of Munich’s main traffic arteries, the Motorama dominates the appearance of the surrounding area. The location opposite the Gasteig cultural center and the connection to the main S-Bahn line in the building offer promising development opportunities.
